When should I wash my new T-Shirt(s)?
Please ensure up to 24 hours before washing your new garment. Soft wash recommended. DO NOT tumble dry.
When will I receive my order after purchase?
You'll receive your order within 5 working days, you can track the live progress to your order via the "Track your order" page.
Can I get a refund for my personalised product(s)?
Because your item is made with your chosen design, name or text, it cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or there is an error with the design that differs from order.
